Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Dream Bucket List by GreenMan ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity in your account. You must be old enough to consent to a digital services contract in your country (13+ in most places).

Your content

You keep ownership of the dreams, notes and photos you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them inside the app for you and the household members you choose to share with.

Don't upload content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or that you don't have permission to share.

Payments

The app is free to start, with a one-time unlock fee (currently A$3.99) for full access. On iOS, in-app purchases are processed by Apple; on the web they are processed by Stripe. The unlock is per-account. Refunds are handled by the payment processor (Apple / Stripe) according to their policies.

AI features

AI-generated images and local suggestions are provided "as is". They may be inaccurate; please use judgement before acting on them.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenMan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
